Jake Endres with the MSO under the direction of William Schrickel

Jake Endres, William Schrickel, and the Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra in Nathaniel Stookey’s entertaining musical whodunit, The Composer Is Dead, was in the North High School auditorium on February 16th. Mr. Endres and the MOS brought to life writer Lemony Snicket’s charming murder mystery that cleverly introduces the audience to all the instruments of the orchestra while unearthing the identity of the person or persons who killed the (formerly) living composer. After the mystery was solved, or was it, three of our Legacy Arts Group performers got up on stage for some original spoken word which lead directly into George Lucas’ Star Wars saga played by the MSO.
